I want a Medium Van!

We're actively building Medium Vans as of early 2026. Current builds are scheduled over two weeks, with that timeline shortening as we refine our process.

We'd especially love our next several builds to be for folks planning to live in their van for months at a time — we're genuinely interested in feedback from full-time and extended travelers as we continue to dial things in.

Financing available through Hearth.

Typically $400–$500/month for the build-out. One of our early customers used Hearth financing and was very pleased with how fast the approval was and the terms they received. See our Financing page for details.

Here’s how it’ll work once we start taking bookings:

  • Step 1: Pick Your Date
    Choose a build window from the dates below. We'll collect a refundable* $2,000 deposit to hold your spot — payable by credit card. Reach out via the Contact Us page or hit the button below.

  • Step 2: Find Your Van
    You'll source your own RAM ProMaster 118" wheelbase van, either before or after locking in your build date. We have a dedicated page on exactly what to look for.

  • Step 3: Pre-Build Payment
    One month before your build, we'll collect $8,000 to cover most materials and equipment. This payment (and your final) is done via ACH (account and routing numbers). If you prefer to pay by card, we pass through the 3% processing fee the bank charges us.

  • Step 4: Drop-Off
    Bring your van to our shop just outside Grass Valley, CA — in the woods of beautiful Nevada County. We'll give you a ride into town. Explore Grass Valley and Nevada City while we get to work.

  • Step 5: Pick-Up + Walk-through
    When your van is ready, we'll walk you through everything in person and in detail — every system, every switch, every quirk. We want you hitting the road with full confidence. Final payment is due at pickup.

If we get a bunch of bookings quickly then we’ll give you some scheduling options past the above dates or to put a deposit down for the “next available” if you have some flexibility in terms of timing.
