I want a Medium Van!

 This All Sounds Amazing! I Want One!

We are starting to take bookings as of December 2025. To start with we are going to book one build every 3 weeks and as we get faster we’ll shrink that down. We hope to be down to a week by early 2026 and intend on scaling up our operation to keep anyone from having to wait more than a couple of months for a build.

We’d love a few of our next builds to be for folks who plan on living in their van for months or longer at a time. We are very interested in feedback from folks using it in this way.

Financing available through Hearth that comes out to between $400 and $500 a month for the build out.

Let us know if you are interested and we’ll get you connected with them. One of our early builds used our financing through Hearth and was very please with how fast it was and the interest rate and terms they received.

Here’s how it’ll work once we start taking bookings:

  • Step 1: Pick Your Date
    Pick one of the build dates posted below. At this point, we’ll get a refundable* $2000 deposit to hold your spot and confirm you’re serious. This can be paid with a credit card. Reach out to us via our Contact Us page under “About Us”.

  • Step 2: Find Your Van
    You’ll need to source your own RAM ProMaster 118” wheelbase van. You can do this before or after securing your build date—your call!

  • Step 3: Pre-Build Payment
    One month before your scheduled build, we’ll collect an additional $8,000 to cover most of the cost of materials and equipment. This and the final payment done as an ACH (routing and account number). If you need to pay with a card we have to charge a 3% credit card processing fee as that’s what the bank hits us with.

  • Step 4: Drop-Off Day in Nevada City, CA
    You’ll bring your van to our shop in beautiful Nevada City—just a 22-minute walk from historic downtown (and yes, we’re happy to give you a ride). Hang out, explore our mountain town, and enjoy a few days while we work our magic.

  • Step 5: Pick-Up + Tour
    When your van is done, we’ll meet you back at the shop and walk you through everything—personally and in detail. We want you to feel totally confident with how it all works before you hit the road. This is also when the final payment will be due.

Available build windows:

Dec 30th - Jan 14th (1 extra day so I can make my yearly trip to SF for New Years)

Jan 28th - Feb 1th

Feb 18th - Mar 4th

If we get a bunch of bookings quickly then we’ll give you some scheduling options past the above dates or to put a deposit down for the “next available” if you have some flexibility in terms of timing.
