Our new design is based on the RAM ProMaster 1500 118” Wheelbase Low Roof van—

We’ve built 7 of them and finally have the process down to a 2 week install. What this means is we can start taking orders!

After 14 months of going all-in, hundreds of versions of parts, and more late-night design sessions than we can count… it’s finally here.
A genuinely comfortable, full-time-livable home on wheels that still fits in a regular parking space.

To make a van this compact feel this good, we had to design and prototype nearly everything from scratch.
Over 140 CNC-cut wood components, 35 laser-cut and CNC bent metal parts, and 60 custom designed 3D-printed pieces, all working together in a system that’s simple to build, easy to repair, and beautiful to live in.

We’re beyond excited about this new build. While it offers way more interior space, it still fits in nearly any parking spot. To give you some numbers: the cargo area in the 118wb 1500 is 393 cubic feet, compared to 132 cubic feet in the RAM ProMaster City. And all that extra room? Comes with just a modest size bump—only 8 inches longer, 8 inches wider, and 18 inches taller overall.

Here at Cascade Campers, we’re passionate about small campervans—for their flexibility, everyday drivability, and approachable price tag. Big, high-roof vans have their place, but don’t expect us to jump into that already crowded market anytime soon.
