Step 1:

Please see our availability on the calendar above (red is booked, green shows availability for booking) and then email us for scheduling. We’re normally booked out at least a couple of months, but will gladly work out a time that works best with your schedule. Once a build date is chosen, a $500 deposit will be due to lock in the date. This deposit is refundable up to one month before the start-of-build date.


Step 2:

Locate a RAM ProMaster City cargo van (Note: we can't do conversions on the wagon version). They are fairly plentiful on the used market. They’re also available brand new. We consider rear cargo windows an important option and side cargo door windows a nice one. Delivery for a custom-ordered, brand new ProMaster City often takes a couple of months.


Step 3:

Plan your trip to deliver your van for its build date to our shop in Grass Valley, CA. You’re welcome to drop off your van up to one month in advance. We require $3,000 at drop off.


Step 4:

To quote the late, great Tom Petty, “The waiting is the hardest part.” We need two weeks to convert your van into a Cascade Camper.


Step 5:

Come pick up your van! The remaining $3,500 is due at time of delivery.


Step 6:
